Difference between Ceramic and Porcelain tiles?
The main difference between a porcelain and ceramic tile is the rate of water they absorb. Porcelain tiles absorb less than 0.5% of water whilst ceramic and other non-porcelain tiles will absorb more.
What are the Return And Exchange terms for excess bought products?
The terms are as follows:
- This should happen within 10 days of purchase.
- The products must be in good condition.
- Money will not be refunded rather you can exchange with another product of the same value.

We offer free design options to clients who purchase for projects.

No we don't have branches / agents outside Nairobi apart from the above mentioned branches.
